Come hungry and leave with a few new treasures! Planes, Trains & Automobiles brings together a lively mix of food trucks, specialty food vendors, local businesses, community organizations, aviation groups, collectors, craftsmen, and exhibitors from throughout the region.

As you explore the event, you’ll find plenty to enjoy between the aircraft, automobiles, trains, displays, and activities. Grab lunch or a snack from one of our participating food vendors, browse unique merchandise, discover local organizations, and meet businesses and groups that help make the Tampa Bay area such a vibrant community.

With thousands of visitors expected at the Plant City Airport on February 27, 2027, our vendor and exhibitor area is designed to be part marketplace, part community showcase, and part festival atmosphere. Whether you are looking for something to eat, something to take home, or simply something interesting to discover, there will be plenty to explore throughout the day.

Interested in Becoming a Vendor, Exhibitor or Food Truck?

Registration for vendors, exhibitors and food trucks will open October 1, 2026 and will remain open until all available spaces are filled or February 13, 2027, whichever comes first.

All participating vendors, exhibitors and food trucks should plan to be fully self-contained. Electrical power is not provided, and pavement placement cannot be guaranteed. Participants must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, extension equipment and any other items necessary to operate their space.

All tents and canopies must be properly secured against wind gusts. Tents located on grass must be staked securely into the ground, while tents located on pavement must use sufficient weights or another approved above-ground securing method.

NO STAKES MAY BE DRIVEN INTO PAVED SURFACES FOR ANY REASON.

Vendors and food-service operators are responsible for complying with all applicable licensing, health, fire, sales tax, insurance and regulatory requirements associated with their operation. Food vendors should be prepared for any required inspections by local fire or health officials and must provide appropriate fire extinguishers and safety equipment for their operation when applicable.

Because Planes, Trains & Automobiles takes place at an active airport, participants must remain within their assigned operating areas and follow all event staff instructions regarding setup, vehicle movement, unloading, parking and access to restricted areas.

Additional setup instructions, arrival times, parking information and event-day procedures will be provided to registered participants prior to the event.

Vending types

Vendor and Exhibitor Spaces

Non-meal-serving exhibitors and vendors may reserve space for $75 per 10' x 10' location. Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and while specific locations cannot be guaranteed, all vendor areas are positioned to provide good visibility and access to event attendees. Space is available for up to approximately 70 vendors and exhibitors.

Smaller specialty food vendors offering individual items such as shaved ice, popcorn, baked goods, candy, or similar products, as well as vendors selling pre-packaged food products such as beef jerky, sauces, snacks, or packaged specialty foods, will be classified as vendors/exhibitors and charged the standard $75 per 10' x 10' space.

Full-service Food Trucks

Food trucks operating self-contained, commercial-grade kitchens, offering full menus, and requiring larger operating spaces will be classified as full-service food trucks. The registration fee is $250 per truck. A maximum of six full-service food trucks will be accepted for the 2027 event.
